Vice Admiral Datuk Khairul Anuar bin Yahya (RTD) is the Chairman of Preston Shipyard Sdn Bhd. He was born in 8th April 1960 at Taiping, Perak. He had his early education in Singapore and later at Tunku Abdul Rahman Technical High School in Penang. His highest educations obtained are Master of Arts in Defence and Master of Science in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and National Defence University, Washington DC. He joined the Royal Malaysian Navy in 1978 and was appointed as the Acting Sub-Lieutenant of the Executive Branch back then in 1981. His early career focused mainly on training at Malaysia and abroad which enabled him to gain expertise in the Electronic and Communication Warfare. He served for 40 years in Navy and his last position in his serving was as Deputy Chief of the Royal Malaysian Navy. |

Mr. Zailani Mansor is the Managing Director of the company. He was born in Johor in 1965 and served the Royal Malaysian Navy in the engineering branch for more than 15 years before retiringand formed the holding company Berlada Tech Sdn Bhd in 1995. He is an entrepreneur who initially set up and developed Berlada Tech to become a reputable marine contractor and capable of undertaking maintenance and repair work for the government agencies in East Malaysia such as the Royal Malaysian Navy, Marine Department of Malaysia, Royal Custom including Malaysia Maritime Enforcement Agency especially those assets based in Labuan, Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan and Tawau. |

Puan Siti Rohaya Binti Matassan is the Executive Director of the company since 1998. She was born in Labuan and provides the leadership in the Corporate Division and leads Finance Department. She has been with the company since and was promoted as Director of the company due to her competency and dedication in her career. |

First Admiral Dato’ Hj. Mohd Nazri Mansor (Rtd) is the Technical Director of the companysince 2019.He was retired in 2018 after completing his 39 years’ service in the Royal Malaysian Navy. His last post prior to his retirement was as Senior Director of Naval Base Engineering. |

Admiral Maritime Dato’ Sri Hj Ahmad Puzi Bin Hj Ab Kahar joined the Maritime Malaysia EnforcementAgency MMEA in 2005 and he was promoted as Director General of MMEA. He was born in Batu Pahat Johor in 1956. He decided to contribute his skill and abilities in MMEA after 27 years serving in Royal Malaysia Navy. Later He was appointed as Director of Criminal and Investigation Division. He hold Master Degree in Defense Studies from National University of Malaysia (UKM) and was alumnus of Chevening United Kingdom and Asia Pacific Centre of Security Studies (APCSS) Hawaii. He has participated in various forums and seminar and presented various papers both locally and international on topic of Defense Strategy, Anti-Piracy, Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Anti-Smuggling of Migrants. He also attending the Advance Leadership and Management Programme (ALMP) at Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN) and achieved second place of 59 participant. |

Cdr Razali Mohd Ali (Rtd) is the Director of the company since 2018. He graduated from the University of New South Wales Australia with Masters in International Politics. He did his post graduate programed in Strategic Studies at National University of Malaysia and Coast Guard Academy, USA in International Maritime Studies. He did his specialization course in Torpedo Anti-Submarine Warfare at Bahadur College, Karachi Pakistan. He opted for early retirement in 2003 after completing his 25 years’ service in the Royal Malaysian Navy. He held various ships and base appointments throughout his service including in the Ministry of Defenses’. His command posts include Commanding Officer of KD LEMBING (Patrol Craft), KD KINABALU (Mine Hunter) and KD TUN ABD JAMIL (Missile Corvette). His last post prior to his retirement was as Squadron Leader of Fast Missile Attack Craft of Admiral Class. Prior to that he lectured at the Malaysian Armed Forces Academy (ATMA) and later joined the Ministry of Defenses as the Principal Assistant Secretary Policy Division-International Affairs. |

Mohd Nazierol Akmal is the Director of the company since 2022. He was born in Federal Territory of Labuan in 1996. Previously, he was a Director of Daztech Resources since 2017-2021. His work focusing primarily in managing all kind of services throughout the sea transportation & laid-up vessels for the offshore industry chain and offloading operations for the others that related in our industry services. |

Zahari bin Mansor is the Director of the company since 2018. He was born in Johor Bahru. Previously he was an Assistant Executive Director since 2012. He joined Preston Shipyard Sdn Bhd in 2011 and appointed as Head of Electrical Department. |

Dato’ Bashir Mohd is the Director of the company. He was born in Kuala Lumpur in 1969 and was actively involved in various social and political activities for his parliament constituency. He became an entrepreneur to expand his business ideas and joined number of well-known established companies either as a CEO or Chairman. His 20-year career extends across business strategies, organizational development, operations corporate sustainability. |
